Welcome to Test & Tag Australia. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
We provide electrical safety compliance services including appliance test & tag, thermal imaging, RCD testing, UPS & battery maintenance, biomedical equipment testing, and related services.
All services are delivered by certified technicians in accordance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3760 and other applicable standards).
2. Bookings & Payments
Service bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before service delivery. Invoices must be settled within the specified timeframe.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access to premises and equipment for testing.
Any pre-existing issues or unsafe conditions must be disclosed to our technicians.
Test & Tag Australia is not responsible for damages caused by faulty or unsafe equipment prior to testing.
4. Reports & Compliance
Compliance certificates and reports are provided after testing.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance by booking re-testing at recommended intervals.
5. Liability
While we take every care in delivering our services, Test & Tag Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the re-performance of the service or a refund, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
Test & Tag Australia reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
